Check before you buy
- Confirm your trim has the raised side rails — base trims sometimes ship bare-roof and need a different crossbar kit.
- Most RAV4s have no factory receiver. A Toyota dealer lists one with the Tow Prep Package on the 2024 Adventure and TRD Off-Road; its size is not confirmed, so measure it before buying a rack or ball mount.
- Hybrid variant: RAV4 Hybrid and Prime (renamed Plug-in Hybrid for 2025) do not share every fit with gas models: some floor liners are gas only and hitch listings name Hybrid and Prime by year; Toyota says the Prime battery is mounted under the floor; Hybrid battery location not confirmed — cargo-area fitments can differ.
